Responsibility
- Assist lead teachers in planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum.
- Support students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts and provide additional guidance.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as needed.
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of classroom materials, resources, and activities.
- Supervise students during breaks, excursions, and other school-related activities.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, Tutor, or in a similar educational role is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (both written and verbal).
- Passion for education and child development with a patient and empathetic approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to diverse teaching styles.
- Basic knowledge of classroom management techniques and child safety protocols.
- Willingness to commit to a full-time position with flexibility for occasional after-school activities.
