Responsibility
- Develop and execute national HR strategies aligned with company goals and industry best practices.
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs to build a high-performing workforce.
- Design and implement employee development initiatives, including training, mentorship, and career pathing.
- Oversee performance management systems and ensure fair, consistent evaluations across all departments.
- Drive employee engagement through culture-building activities, feedback mechanisms, and recognition programs.
- Manage HR compliance with local labor laws, policies, and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with leadership to forecast workforce needs and optimize organizational structure.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of HR leadership experience, with a focus on talent development and strategic HR management.
- Proven track record in designing HR policies, programs, and processes at a national level.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and data analytics tools.
- Certifications such as SHRM, HRCI, or local HR accreditations are a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; ability to work in a multicultural environment.
