As the HR Manager, you will oversee full HR functions, including Talent Acquisition (TA), Talent Management (TM), HR Business Partnering (HR BP), and Training & Development (TR). Your expertise will be instrumental in fostering a positive work culture, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and implementing best practices to attract and retain top talent.

Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and enhance employee engagement.
- Partner with senior leadership to provide HR guidance and solutions that drive organizational success.
- Oversee talent acquisition processes, ensuring the attraction and retention of high-caliber professionals.
- Design and deliver training and development programs to upskill employees and foster career growth.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, mitigating risks and promoting a fair workplace.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that aligns with Flexâs values and mission.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Masterâs degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a strong background in TA, TM, HR BP, and TR.
- Proven experience in a multinational or fast-paced environment, preferably in manufacturing or a related industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to HR.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
