Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition into the company.
- Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building events and internal communications.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related reports and metrics for management review.
- Provide administrative support for HR policies, procedures, and compliance with local labor laws.
- Participate in HR projects, such as process improvements or policy updates, under the guidance of senior HR team members.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide timely, professional responses or escalations as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software or databases.
- High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential employee information.
- Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a collaborative team player mindset.
- Basic understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
