Responsibility
- Manage and update personnel records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing employees.
- Maintain and update HR databases, including attendance, leave, and performance records.
- Prepare HR-related documents, such as contracts, offer letters, and certificates.
- Coordinate administrative tasks, including office supply management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and company events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in HR, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Zoho People).
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Willingness to relocate or already based in Bali, Indonesia.
