Responsibility
- Develop and implement Learning & Development (L&D) programs to upskill employees and foster career growth.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs for new and existing staff.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance reviews, and disciplinary procedures.
- Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with local labor laws.
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
- Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and HR process improvements.
- Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviews, and candidate onboarding.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on L&D or generalist roles.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
