Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management to foster a productive work environment.
- Lead compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable packages.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation for audits and compliance.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities and wellness programs.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on HR-related matters and organizational development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
