Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate timekeeping records for all employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of employment contracts and orientation materials.
- Process and verify payroll data, collaborating with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Maintain and update HR databases, including employee personal files, attendance records, and performance evaluations.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related reports, such as headcount summaries, turnover rates, and training completion statuses.
- Coordinate with department heads to address employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues promptly.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities to foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure all HR documentation is filed securely and in compliance with data protection regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR administration, timekeeping, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multicultural environment.
