Responsibility
- Prepare, maintain, and organize employee records, contracts, and HR-related documents in both physical and digital formats.
- Ensure all HR documentation complies with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements in Indonesia.
- Manage confidential employee information with the highest level of integrity and discretion.
- Coordinate with HR and other departments to collect, verify, and update employee data accurately and timely.
- Develop and implement efficient filing systems to improve accessibility and retrieval of HR documents.
- Assist in audits and inspections by providing well-organized and complete documentation as required.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes by preparing necessary documentation and ensuring smooth transitions.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, report generation, and document distribution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR documentation, record-keeping, or administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment is a plus.
