Pengiklan Anonim, a leading fintech innovator, is seeking a National Head of Sales to spearhead merchant acquisition, distribution expansion, and digital payment adoption across Bali and beyond.

In this high-impact role, you will develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to accelerate the growth of our digital payment solutions, forging partnerships with key retailers, distributors, and SMEs. Your leadership will shape the future of cashless transactions in Indonesia, empowering businesses with seamless, secure, and scalable payment technologies.

Based in Bali, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with market demands, ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of merchants and consumers. This is a unique opportunity to drive revenue growth, build a high-performing sales team, and position our brand as the go-to digital payment provider in the region.

Responsibility

  • Lead nationwide merchant acquisition strategies, focusing on FMCG, retail, and SME segments to expand digital payment adoption.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets, market penetration, and customer retention goals.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key retailers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Monitor KPIs (e.g., merchant onboarding rates, transaction volumes) and report progress to senior leadership.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 10 years of sales leadership experience in fintech, payments, or financial services, with a focus on FMCG/retail/SME sectors.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, merchant acquisition, and team management at a national level.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesia’s digital payment landscape, regulatory environment, and merchant needs.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in sales analytics, CRM tools, and performance tracking.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment with a results-oriented approach.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; familiarity with Bali’s business ecosystem is advantageous.
