Responsibility
- Assist in the design, testing, and analysis of NAND cell reliability experiments to improve memory endurance and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot reliability issues in NAND flash products.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from reliability tests to generate actionable insights for product improvements.
- Support the development of test methodologies and automation scripts to streamline reliability validation processes.
- Document findings, prepare technical reports, and present results to senior engineers and stakeholders.
- Participate in failure analysis to root-cause defects and propose corrective actions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in memory reliability and semiconductor manufacturing.
- Contribute to process optimization initiatives to enhance yield and performance of NAND memory cells.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in semiconductor physics, solid-state electronics, or microelectronics.
- Familiarity with NAND flash memory, reliability testing, or failure analysis is a plus.
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Python, MATLAB, JMP) and statistical methods.
- Hands-on laboratory or cleanroom experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
