Responsibility
- Collaborate with the Site Acquisition Manager to identify and evaluate potential telecom site locations across Bali, ensuring alignment with technical and business requirements.
- Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and risk assessments to determine the viability of proposed locations.
- Negotiate lease agreements, permits, and land acquisitions with property owners, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, zoning laws, and environmental standards for all site acquisition activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including legal, engineering, and construction, to streamline the site acquisition process.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all site acquisition projects, including contracts, permits, and progress updates.
- Resolve challenges related to site access, land disputes, or regulatory hurdles to keep projects on track.
- Support the Site Acquisition Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for site development projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Real Estate, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in site acquisition, real estate, or telecom infrastructure projects, with a focus on contract-based roles.
- Strong understanding of local regulations, zoning laws, and permitting processes in Bali or Indonesia.
- Proven negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms for land leases and permits.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Bali for site visits and stakeholder meetings.
