Are you a n8n automation specialist with deep expertise in GoHighLevel (GHL) integrations? VA Masters is seeking a talented professional to join our remote team in Bali and help us build cutting-edge workflow automations that drive efficiency and scalability for our clients.
In this role, you’ll design, develop, and optimize n8n workflows tailored to GHL ecosystems, ensuring seamless data flow between platforms, reducing manual processes, and enhancing business operations. Your expertise will directly impact our ability to deliver high-value automation solutions to a global client base.

Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy custom n8n workflows with a focus on GoHighLevel (GHL) integrations.
- Automate repetitive tasks and data synchronization between GHL and other SaaS platforms (CRMs, email tools, payment gateways, etc.).
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing workflows for performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical automation solutions.
- Document workflow logic, configurations, and best practices for future reference and team training.
- Monitor and maintain automation systems, ensuring uptime and proactively addressing issues.
- Stay updated with the latest n8n and GHL features to recommend and implement improvements.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members on automation-related queries.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) as an n8n developer or automation specialist, with a strong portfolio of workflows.
- In-depth knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL), including its API, webhooks, and automation capabilities.
- Proficiency in integrating third-party tools (e.g., Zapier alternatives, CRMs like HubSpot, email services, etc.) via n8n.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex workflows.
- Experience with JavaScript/Node.js for custom n8n function nodes (a plus).
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and webhook configurations.
- Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Passion for automation, efficiency, and continuous learning in the no-code/low-code space.
