Responsibility
- Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons in English, Chinese, Malay, or Tamil.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Develop and implement creative lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards.
- Monitor and assess children’s progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance the learning experience.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events.
- Maintain classroom organization and ensure a clean, welcoming space for children.
- Adhere to school policies and procedures while promoting a positive school culture.
Qualifications
- Fluency in at least one of the following languages: English, Chinese, Malay, or Tamil.
- Minimum diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Previous experience working with young children (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts as needed.
- Willingness to undergo training and professional development.
