Responsibility

  • Develop and execute multilingual marketing campaigns tailored to esports and gaming audiences across global markets.
  • Create, edit, and localize engaging content (social media, blogs, press releases, and video scripts) in multiple languages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and cultural relevance in all communications.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) to optimize campaigns and report insights.
  • Manage community engagement by moderating multilingual forums, social channels, and live events.
  • Coordinate with influencers, streamers, and partners to amplify brand visibility in target regions.
  • Stay ahead of gaming and esports trends, identifying opportunities for innovative marketing strategies.
  • Assist in translating and adapting advertising materials, ensuring alignment with local regulations and cultural norms.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English (mandatory) and at least one other language (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Spanish).
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in marketing, content creation, or digital campaigns, preferably in gaming/esports.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio showcasing multilingual content.
  • Familiarity with SEO, social media platforms (Twitch, Discord, YouTube, TikTok), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
  • Passion for gaming culture and a deep understanding of esports communities.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills to handle multiple deadlines.
