Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue growth across the GOMECO Group.
- Lead cross-functional teams (digital, content, PR, and events) to ensure cohesive and high-impact campaigns.
- Oversee budget allocation and ROI analysis for all marketing activities, optimizing spend for maximum impact.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with media, influencers, and industry stakeholders to amplify brand reach.
- Monitor and report on KPIs (e.g., lead generation, conversion rates, engagement metrics) to refine strategies.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, including SEO, social media, and performance marketing.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s/MBA is a plus).
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in brand management, digital marketing, and campaign leadership.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in B2B and B2C marketing within a multi-brand or group company structure.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment with a results-driven mindset.
