Responsibility
- Provide high-quality text-based customer support in Chinese, English, and Malay via email, chat, or messaging platforms.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic tone.
- Document and track customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer service processes and solutions.
- Identify recurring customer concerns and escalate them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese), English, and Malay (written and verbal).
- Proven experience in customer service, call centers, or text-based support roles (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong typing speed and accuracy for efficient text-based interactions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software or customer service platforms is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service are advantageous.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays if required.
