Responsibility

  • Greet and assist guests with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression at events.
  • Provide accurate information about event schedules, venues, and services to attendees.
  • Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Coordinate with event teams to ensure smooth operations, including registration, seating, and logistics.
  • Assist in setting up and dismantling event spaces, including signage, seating arrangements, and equipment.
  • Collect and process feedback from guests to improve future events and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all attendees.
  • Collaborate with vendors, sponsors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional event experiences.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or customer service are a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for service excellence.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by event schedules.
  • Basic problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and assist with event setup/teardown.
  • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or events is beneficial but not required—training provided!
  • A positive attitude, team spirit, and eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
