Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Provide product and service information to customers, guiding them through their options and helping them make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes and enhance overall satisfaction.
- Handle administrative tasks such as order processing, refunds, and account updates.
- Stay updated on company policies, promotions, and services to provide accurate and helpful information.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with a clear and friendly phone manner.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business or communications are a plus.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
