Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries.
- Assist in marketing and branding initiatives, including social media engagement, content creation, and campaign support.
- Coordinate and execute event management tasks, from planning to on-site logistics for client activations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and resolve escalated issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback using CRM tools.

Qualifications
