Responsibility
- Provide real-time translation and interpretation between English and Mandarin via live chat.
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and cultural appropriateness in all translations.
- Handle high-volume chat interactions during night shifts with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security for all client communications.
- Adapt to industry-specific terminology (e.g., customer service, e-commerce, or technical support).
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex language barriers and improve service quality.
- Document and report any translation challenges or discrepancies for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on language trends, slang, and cultural nuances to enhance communication effectiveness.
Qualifications
