Responsibility
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other non-voice channels with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer support.
- Follow up on customer requests to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.
- Adhere to company guidelines and service level agreements (SLAs) for response times and quality.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or customer service certification is a plus.
- Excellent written communication skills in English with a keen eye for grammar and tone.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a non-voice or digital support role.
- Proficiency in using computers, CRM software, and basic office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while meeting performance targets.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to remote work.
- Residence in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung) with legal eligibility to work remotely.
