Responsibility
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and civil systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair HVAC units, plumbing systems, electrical circuits, and structural components as needed.
- Conduct routine checks on equipment, machinery, and infrastructure to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to plan and execute maintenance schedules in compliance with safety regulations.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections in detailed reports for record-keeping and compliance.
- Troubleshoot technical malfunctions and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all work adheres to local building codes, industry standards, and safety protocols.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new mechanical, electrical, or civil systems when required.
Qualifications
- A diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or related field) with at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in maintenance and repair.
- Proven expertise in one or more of the following: HVAC systems, electrical wiring, plumbing, structural maintenance, or general facility upkeep.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints for accurate diagnostics and repairs.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to use personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) to liaise with team members and stakeholders.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in varied environments, including outdoors, at heights, or in confined spaces.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (work visa assistance may be provided for qualified candidates).
