Halmahera Persada Lygend is seeking a Heavy Equipment Repair Supervisor to lead our on-site maintenance team in Badung, Bali. Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily repair and maintenance activities for heavy equipment on-site.
- Lead a multicultural team of technicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in heavy machinery and implement effective solutions.
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
- Monitor inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring timely procurement and cost-efficient usage.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities for compliance and auditing.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance technical skills and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with project managers to align maintenance activities with production timelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy equipment repair, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in diagnosing and repairing excavators, loaders, bulldozers, or similar machinery.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing multicultural teams in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and diagnostic tools.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is a plus.
- Certification in heavy equipment mechanics or a related field is highly preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Badung, Bali, with flexibility for occasional travel.
