Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local and international regulations (e.g., OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
- Conduct regular workplace inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and reporting to prevent recurrence and improve safety protocols.
- Deliver HSE training programs for employees, contractors, and stakeholders to promote a safety-first culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE best practices into daily operations and project execution.
- Maintain accurate HSE documentation, including permits, reports, and compliance records for audits.
- Monitor environmental impact (waste management, emissions, energy use) and propose sustainability initiatives.
- Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies, clients, and internal stakeholders on HSE-related matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. Certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA) are a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or certification services.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations and international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
- Proven ability to conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations with a data-driven approach.
- Strong communication and training skills to engage diverse audiences, from frontline workers to senior management.
- Proficiency in HSE software/tools (e.g., risk management systems, audit platforms) and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); Indonesian language skills are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel across Bali (e.g., Denpasar, Ubud, Canggu) as required.
