Responsibility
- Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify safety hazards and operational inefficiencies.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring minimal downtime for building occupants.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory usage in the management system.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to oversee major facility improvements or equipment upgrades.
- Maintain compliance with local safety regulations and CBRE’s internal health and safety protocols.
- Execute electrical troubleshooting and basic repairs of building lighting and distribution boards.
- Assist in the monitoring and optimization of Building Management Systems (BMS).
Qualifications
- Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electro-Mechanical Technology.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in facility maintenance or industrial technician roles.
- Solid understanding of HVAC systems, basic plumbing, and electrical distribution.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and equipment schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude toward client service.
- Willingness to work on shifts or be on-call as required for emergency repairs.
- Current certification (e.g., TESDA National Certificate) in relevant technical fields is a strong advantage.
