Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement engineering solutions for manufacturing, energy, and facility projects.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses for engineering projects.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental protocols.
- Prepare technical documentation, including schematics, blueprints, and project reports.
- Monitor and evaluate system performance, recommending upgrades or modifications as needed.
- Provide technical support and training to operational staff on new systems and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or Civil Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or facility engineering role.
- Proven expertise in system design, project management, and troubleshooting within your discipline.
- Proficiency in CAD software, AutoCAD, or similar engineering tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with industry standards (ISO, OSHA, NEC, etc.) and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
