Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in Bali.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective field sales strategies.
- Manage order bookings, ensure accurate documentation, and follow up on deliveries.
- Conduct regular client visits to assess needs, present product offerings, and negotiate deals.
- Handle collections efficiently, ensuring timely payments and resolving discrepancies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions and campaigns in assigned territories.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG, distribution, or retail.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid motorcycle license and willingness to travel extensively within Bali.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic CRM tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
