Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of motorcyclists to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries across Bali.
- Develop and implement efficient route plans to optimize delivery schedules and reduce fuel costs.
- Monitor team performance, track KPIs, and provide coaching to improve productivity and safety.
- Ensure compliance with traffic regulations, company policies, and safety standards for all motorcycle operations.
- Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams to prioritize shipments and resolve delivery issues.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, address challenges, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new motorcycle team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in motorcycle logistics, delivery operations, or team leadership.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Bali’s geography and traffic conditions (preferred).
- Valid Indonesian motorcycle license (SIM C) and clean driving record.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., route planning apps, Excel) and ability to use GPS tracking systems.
- Physical fitness and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with Orang Tua Group’s products or the FMCG/logistics industry is a plus.
