Responsibility
- Drive sales of motorcycle spare parts to dealerships, repair shops, and individual customers across Bali.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively prospecting for new business opportunities.
- Provide expert advice on product selection, compatibility, and usage to customers, ensuring their needs are met with the right solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new sales opportunities in the motorcycle spare parts industry.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products through campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management for review.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional after-sales support.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle spare parts industry.
- Strong knowledge of motorcycle mechanics, spare parts, and accessories is a plus.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage customer data and track sales performance.
- Willingness to travel within Bali to meet clients and attend industry events.
