Responsibility
- Sell motorcycle spare parts to retail customers, workshops, and dealers in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive repeat business.
- Provide expert advice on motorcycle spare parts, compatibility, and performance to customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.
- Stay updated on the latest motorcycle models, spare parts, and industry trends.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, customer feedback, and market insights to management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote products and network with potential clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the motorcycle spare parts industry.
- Strong knowledge of motorcycle components, brands, and aftermarket products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
- Professional appearance and demeanor to represent the company positively.
- Own a motorcycle and possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and sales reporting.
- Willingness to travel within Bali to meet clients and attend events.
