Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned General Trade (GT) area.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless product distribution and visibility.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional results while fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and regulatory requirements in all business operations.
  • Conduct regular field visits to assess market conditions, address customer concerns, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, finance) to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG or dairy industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive performance in a remote or home-based setting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales data analysis, forecasting, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, CRM software).
  • Deep understanding of the General Trade (GT) market in Indonesia, including distributor networks and retail dynamics.

  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region (Bali) as needed.
