Responsibility

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of motorcycle sales representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in motorcycle sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
