Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new retail clients, distributors, and wholesalers in assigned territories.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for FMCG products.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Educate clients on product features, promotions, and benefits to drive sales and customer loyalty.
- Collect and report market feedback, customer insights, and sales data to the management team.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any logistical or customer service issues.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions, sampling, and merchandising activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and client interactions using company tools and systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or retail (motorcycle sales experience is a plus).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
- Basic understanding of sales metrics, reporting, and CRM tools.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail landscape and distributor networks is advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus.
