Responsibility
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for motorcycle units and related products.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, trends, and competitive insights in the Bali region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, including dealerships and individual buyers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including product demonstrations, test rides, and after-sales support.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute local promotional campaigns and events.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
- Participate in training sessions and product launches to enhance sales techniques and product expertise.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C) and willingness to travel across assigned territories.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
