Responsibility
- Conduct daily visits to assigned retail stores and customers within designated routes in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Promote and sell company products effectively, ensuring customers understand their features and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and end-users to drive repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the company.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing feedback to the sales team for strategic adjustments.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities, customer feedback, and inventory levels.
- Assist in the distribution and merchandising of products to enhance visibility and appeal in retail outlets.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma (SMU) or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, retail, or direct-to-customer roles (motorcycle sales experience is advantageous).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with the Bali region (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) and its market dynamics is highly desirable.
- Valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C) and willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, sales reporting tools).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by business needs.
