Responsibility
- Visit assigned retail outlets according to a predefined route to ensure product availability and visibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and managers to drive sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or excesses to the sales team.
- Conduct product demonstrations and promotions to increase customer engagement.
- Collect market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company merchandising and branding standards in all outlets.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the region.
- Provide timely reports on sales activities, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or field marketing, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Valid motorcycle license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
