Responsibility
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the perfect motorcycle models.
- Conduct test rides and product demonstrations to highlight features, benefits, and safety standards.
- Negotiate sales terms, close deals, and ensure a seamless purchasing experience for clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new motorcycle technologies.
- Collaborate with the service and finance teams to facilitate smooth handover processes.
- Build and maintain a strong network of clients through follow-ups, referrals, and loyalty programs.
- Participate in promotional events, bike shows, and community rides to boost brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or the automotive industry (motorcycle knowledge is a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding targets.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate customer schedules.
- Valid motorcycle license and familiarity with different bike types (sport, cruiser, scooter, etc.).
- Proficiency in CRM software or sales tracking tools is advantageous.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Balinese) are a bonus.
