In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling high-quality building materials to contractors, retailers, and end-users across key locations in Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

Responsibility
- Promote and sell building materials to contractors, retailers, and end-users.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any customer complaints or issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of building materials and construction processes is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned regions.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
