Responsibility
- Provide expert advice to customers on motorcycle models, features, and financing options
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive customer engagement
- Conduct test rides and product demonstrations to highlight key selling points
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of motorcycle specifications, promotions, and industry trends
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless post-sale support and customer satisfaction
- Prepare and process sales contracts, paperwork, and payments accurately
- Participate in dealership events, bike shows, and community rides to promote brand visibility
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in automotive, motorcycle, or retail industries (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Passion for motorcycles and in-depth knowledge of different brands/models
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Valid motorcycle license (advantageous)
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business/sales is a bonus
