Responsibility

  • Provide expert advice to customers on motorcycle models, features, and financing options
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive customer engagement
  • Conduct test rides and product demonstrations to highlight key selling points
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of motorcycle specifications, promotions, and industry trends
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless post-sale support and customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and process sales contracts, paperwork, and payments accurately
  • Participate in dealership events, bike shows, and community rides to promote brand visibility

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in automotive, motorcycle, or retail industries (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Passion for motorcycles and in-depth knowledge of different brands/models
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Valid motorcycle license (advantageous)
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus
