Responsibility
- Assist customers in selecting the right motorcycle based on their needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed product information, including features, specifications, and pricing.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Conduct test rides and demonstrate motorcycle functionalities to potential buyers.
- Process sales transactions, including paperwork, payments, and financing options.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new motorcycle models, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales events and special offers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
- Passion for motorcycles and a good understanding of different bike models and brands.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of sales software and CRM tools is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is advantageous.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
