Responsibility
- Manage and oversee a fleet of motorcycles to ensure optimal performance and availability for delivery operations.
- Develop and optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and meet customer deadlines.
- Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse teams to streamline logistics and resolve operational challenges.
- Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance, and repair schedules to minimize downtime.
- Track delivery performance metrics (e.g., on-time delivery rates, fuel efficiency) and prepare regular reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with traffic regulations, safety protocols, and company policies for all fleet operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to deliveries, providing timely and professional resolutions.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to source and maintain high-quality motorcycles and equipment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet management, logistics coordination, or motorcycle dispatch operations.
- Strong knowledge of Bali’s geography (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) and local traffic conditions.
- Proven ability to optimize routes and manage delivery schedules efficiently.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate teams and resolve conflicts.
- Proficient in using GPS tracking tools, spreadsheet software (Excel/Google Sheets), and logistics management systems.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C) and familiarity with motorcycle mechanics is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related fields is advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
