Responsibility
- Safely transport pharmaceutical products, packages, and documents from the hub or merchant to customers across Bali.
- Plan and follow the most efficient delivery routes to ensure on-time arrivals.
- Inspect and maintain the motorcycle to ensure it is in optimal working condition for deliveries.
- Verify delivery details, including recipient information and package integrity, before handover.
- Collect payments (if applicable) and provide receipts or delivery confirmations to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and report any delivery issues or delays to the dispatch team.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including time logs, mileage, and any incidents.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian motorcycle driver’s license (SIM C) with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a delivery rider, courier, or in a similar role (preferably in Bali).
- Excellent knowledge of Bali’s roads, traffic patterns, and shortcuts.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills to handle multiple deliveries efficiently.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 20 kg.
- Basic smartphone literacy for navigation apps (e.g., Google Maps, Waze) and delivery tracking systems.
- Good communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia.
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and customer service orientation.
