Responsibility
- Execute daily delivery routes for wine and spirits to assigned clients in Bali, ensuring on-time arrivals.
- Safely load, secure, and transport products using company-provided motorcycles, adhering to weight and safety guidelines.
- Verify delivery accuracy by matching orders with invoices and obtaining client signatures upon receipt.
- Maintain detailed delivery logs, including timestamps, mileage, and any incidents or delays.
- Follow all traffic regulations and company policies to ensure safe and legal transportation.
- Inspect motorcycle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance needs promptly.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and escalate any delivery issues to the logistics team.
- Assist with warehouse tasks, including loading/unloading, when required.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian SIM C (motorcycle license) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in motorcycle-based delivery or logistics (preferably in F&B or alcohol distribution).
- Strong knowledge of Bali’s roads, especially in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and surrounding areas.
- Physical fitness to lift and carry cases of wine/spirits (up to 20 kg).
- Basic English communication skills to interact with international clients.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ownership of a well-maintained motorcycle (or willingness to use company-provided bike).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as needed.
