Responsibility
- Deliver packages, documents, and goods to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Verify delivery details, including recipient identity and package condition upon handover.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and delivery confirmations.
- Handle cash transactions and provide receipts when necessary.
- Inspect and maintain your motorcycle to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status or delays.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driver's license (SIM C) for motorcycles.
- Ownership of a reliable motorcycle in good working condition.
- Proven experience as a delivery rider or in a similar role is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of Bali's roads, especially in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple deliveries efficiently.
- Physical fitness to handle the demands of riding and lifting packages.
