Responsibility
- Perform timely pickup and delivery of packages to customers across assigned routes in Bali.
- Ensure the safe and secure handling of all packages during transit.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including customer signatures and delivery confirmations.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns professionally.
- Follow traffic regulations and company safety protocols to ensure personal and public safety.
- Inspect and maintain your motorcycle to ensure it is in optimal condition for daily operations.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team to optimize delivery routes and handle any last-minute changes.
- Report any delivery issues, delays, or customer feedback to the supervisor promptly.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driver's license (SIM C) for motorcycle operation.
- Ownership of a well-maintained motorcycle suitable for delivery purposes.
- Proven experience in delivery or logistics is a plus but not required.
- Strong knowledge of Bali's roads, especially in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills in both Indonesian and basic English.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physical fitness to handle packages of varying sizes and weights.
