Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor daily logistics operations, including shipment scheduling, tracking, and delivery confirmations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, shipments, and transportation documentation.
- Liaise with warehouses, carriers, and clients to ensure timely and efficient distribution of goods.
- Prepare and process logistics-related paperwork, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs documentation.
- Optimize routing and delivery schedules to reduce costs and improve service efficiency.
- Resolve logistical issues or delays promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Generate reports on logistics performance, including delivery times, costs, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall supply chain management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and logistics management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to handle logistical challenges effectively.
- Basic understanding of inventory management, transportation regulations, and customs procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
