Responsibility
- Deliver goods to customers in a timely and professional manner, ensuring all deliveries match the provided invoices.
- Inspect and prepare shipments before departure to verify accuracy and condition.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized delivery vehicle, including regular checks for safety and functionality.
- Provide excellent customer service, including handling inquiries and resolving delivery-related issues.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure safe transportation.
- Keep accurate records of deliveries, including signatures, times, and any discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and customers regarding delivery statuses and potential delays.
- Assist with loading and unloading goods as needed, ensuring proper handling to avoid damage.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A or SIM B) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in delivery or logistics roles (preferred but not required).
- Strong knowledge of Bali’s roads, traffic patterns, and delivery routes.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Good physical fitness to handle loading/unloading tasks.
- Basic communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Customer-focused attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
