Responsibility
- Safely operate a school bus to transport students to and from school, adhering to designated routes and schedules.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus to ensure it is in safe operating condition.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure the well-being of passengers.
- Maintain a clean and orderly bus interior, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
- Assist students with boarding and exiting the bus, ensuring their safety at all times.
- Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and students regarding any changes in schedules or routes.
- Keep accurate records of daily routes, passenger counts, and any incidents or delays.
- Participate in training sessions and safety meetings to stay updated on best practices and regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience as a bus driver, preferably in a school or transportation setting.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
- Physical ability to assist students and perform vehicle inspections.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug testing.
