As an Executive Driver, you will play a critical role in ensuring our executives arrive at their destinations on time, in comfort, and with absolute confidentiality. Responsibility
- Safely transport executives and VIP clients to and from designated locations in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding passenger information, destinations, and discussions.
- Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in optimal working condition at all times.
- Plan efficient routes using GPS and local knowledge to avoid traffic delays and ensure punctuality.
- Assist passengers with luggage, doors, and other needs while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and report any issues immediately.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations without exception.
- Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating and addressing passenger needs proactively.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (international license a plus).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a professional driver, preferably for executives or VIP clients.
- Excellent knowledge of Bali’s roads, traffic patterns, and key locations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Impeccable time management and punctuality with a commitment to reliability.
- Professional appearance and high standards of personal grooming.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge (e.g., checking oil, tires, fluids).
